Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
Begin your safari with an early breakfast in Nairobi before driving to Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch and then set out for your first game drive in the reserve. Explore the unique landscapes and wildlife of Samburu, including species rarely found elsewhere. Enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation at your camp or lodge.
Day 2: Samburu National Reserve
After an early breakfast, embark on a half-day game drive to explore more of Samburu’s remarkable wildlife and scenery. Return to your camp or lodge for a hot lunch, then head out for an evening game drive to continue your wildlife adventure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the same camp or lodge.
Day 3: Samburu to Sweetwaters Conservancy
Start the day with a very early morning game drive in Samburu before returning for breakfast. Check out and drive to Sweetwaters Camp in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on an evening game drive in the conservancy, known for its rhino sanctuary and diverse wildlife. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at your camp or lodge.
Day 4: Sweetwaters to Lake Nakuru National Park
After an early breakfast, check out and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive in time for lunch and then set out for an evening game drive to explore the park’s famous rhino sanctuary and vibrant birdlife, including flamingos. Dinner and overnight stay will be at a lodge or camp near the park.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Following an early breakfast, check out and drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon on an evening game drive, taking in the park’s vast landscapes and rich wildlife. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at a camp or lodge in Maasai Mara.
Day 6: Full Day in Maasai Mara National Reserve
